Warranty
Warranty is provided only on selected services or parts, as informed at the time of repair. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after repair.
Data Responsibility
Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices. Device Care is not responsible for data loss during repair processes.
Device Collection
Devices must be collected within the informed timeframe after repair completion. Device Care is not responsible for delays caused by uncollected devices.
Limitation of Liability
Device Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
